Kristen is amazing!! Also, we were a few minutes late to our appointment and they apologized profusely, as if it was their fault that they could not take us. They offered for us to stay and see if the next appointment came or reschedule for the next day. Handled very well when I was the one who was late. They showed strong customer service. Again, Kristen is phenomenal! She leaves us with a great cut and his patient and kind to my son.

My son is 16 months old and a wiggle worm! Gina did an AMAZING job with not only an extremely handsome haircut, but making the experience so fun and safe for him! He watched miss Rachel and was saying “beep beep, vroom vroom” on the fire truck chair! Truly a great experience and we can’t wait to come back to visit Gina for our next haircut! Thank you so much Gina!!

A wonderful first haircut experience for my daughter! Came with a cute certificate to commemorate. Gina was so sweet and made my daughter feel super comfortable, and gave me great tips for her curly hair. She sat in a princess car and watched frozen during the cut, colored and played on the slide while I paid, and then we went next door for Starbucks. A perfect spot!

We’ve tried a couple kids hair salons, I sent my husband with my son 2 months ago and his hair was butchered. I’m annoyed everyday looking at it and still waiting for it to grow back so we can make it look even again especially for holiday family photos. The cowlick area on top of his head was cut so short it still sticks up. It’s laughable because it’s so bad and blunt, a horrible haircut is a right of passage as a kid but we didn’t ask for this. These photos are after 2 months of hair growth so just imagine what he came home looking like.

We went to Cookie Cutters in Mahwah for my son’s first hair cut. We were pretty nervous ourselves not knowing how he was going to react and to our surprise he loved the atmosphere, and especially Danielle! Danielle was so beyond warm and sweet and was so gently and patient with our son. I’m so thankful it was an amazing experience! He didn’t even fuss or cry! We will be sure to be back, especially to see Danielle!!!! Thank you!! Danielle was also very attentive and made sure to save his hair and take a photo for his first time experience! She even made sure the background was perfect!
