What I asked for is inserted collar bone length. It’s shorter than expected but completely uneven can’t even get it in a pony tail, can’t put it half up because there is a chunk of hair missing on the back of my head. I’ve never had a bad experience until now, I wasn’t shown the back of my head or told anything so I didn’t notice until I got home and someone said something about it. Very upset

The haircut was great but when washing the stylist soaked my daughter's back all the way down to her butt. Will never go back. Didn't even apologize. The woman was nice but it was very unprofessional also very expensive for a 7 year old
