Vetiver Collective

I’ve been coming to Vetiver since they opened. It is a beautiful relaxing space, with massage/treatment rooms at the front and a hair salon with outdoor space at the back. Barbie is a super talented hair stylist, and also an amazing massage therapist. I can’t recommend enough.

Very prompt in answering the calls, I went for a hydra facial. It was very relaxing and very unique. Definitely did feel a lot of softness in the skin. Prior to going there, I was dealing with a lot of dry skin and I feel a lot moisturized. Tess was the one who did this facial. I like the way she approached. She didn't waste my time and was ready to even start sooner than the appointment because of my parking situation. Also, everything she did was new for me and she walked me through each and every step. I definitely will have Tess as my aesthetician going forward.

I bike 45 minutes from Rockridge to the Laurel to see Barbie. I'm a mixed race person with thick curly hair, which means when I find a hairdresser I like I stick with them. Barbie not only gives me a great cut but the process of getting my hair cut is a joy as well. She listens to the desires I have for my hairstyle and helps me to get there, the salon space smells lovely and has sweet things to look at and buy, great! if you need a gift, and Barbie is a wonderful insightful person, always a great chat.

I’ve been here a few times now, second time today for a hair cut and am so pleased with the quality of service and skill level here. Amaaazing, Marlene in particular gave my hair some major shape LOL definitely recommend. The energy there is just so refreshing as well, so overall great experience. Thank you <3

Tuesday is absolutely amazing!! The facial she gave me was heavenly. Her knowledge and skill are top notch. She knows exactly what my delicate skin needs! I felt so pampered and nourished when I left. The space itself is calming and inviting- really lovely. I’ll most definitely be back!
