USA Nails

Absolutely fantastic experience at USA Nails! From the first moment I walked through the door, I am always greeted with warm smiles by the amazing staff! Since my first visit in April when I had to get dip removed (done by another salon in town), my nails have been beautiful and healthy. I have had dip removed, gel polish done, pedicures, manicures, and nail repair by the amazing staff at USA nails! They are amazing and sweet when my husband comes, letting him sit in the chair next to me and including him in conversation. Cathy is my go to, she is always excited to show me new polishes, attentive when it comes to my nails, and gives amazing ideas for things to try like matte or cat eye. Both of which I now love and always find my self playing with during the weeks until my next visit.

My husband and I come about every 3-4 weeks for both of us pedicures and me over lay, refill and gel. Everyone is very friendly and do a great service. Very relaxing.

My daughter came here with a picture of the way she desired her nails to be done. She did not have an appointment, but Cathy gave her great attention and service! She totally enjoyed her time getting her nails done and pleasant conversation with Cathy! Thank you! 💙

These people are so rude. First off when I walked in, they didn't greet me as a customer. I was the only African American in there. I came in last week to get my nails Done, they look like press ons one of my nails came off, so I told the lady that it's only been a week. She argued me down that it's been 10 days and that she remember me then she's going to say nails, don't last forever as if I was trying to get over on her or something I asked her. Where was the manager or the owner of the place? She's gonna say she's over there without pointing the lady out. So then I ask who's the owner/ manager the owner then? replied what? Around this time I was over it, I told her they was rude and I would never ever come in there again, I would spend my money somewhere else then she says, oh no I c

I got a dip powder manicure on Friday and they are all chipped and some completely off today (Sunday). The price was OK but it was just not a good manicure at all.
