I called to see if they take appointments and the lady said they were slow right now so appointments weren't necessary. I asked how long would dip take on bare nails and she said 20-30 minutes. She wasn't kidding... I was only gone from my office (down the street) 40 minutes. She definitely earned my business. She was fast and my nails turned out exactly how I wanted them. I went at the savan thursday to have manicure she told me to sit they have 2 customer for manicure but i waited 30 mins before she even talk to me and was given what color i wanted to put after that she went back 10 mins later and look at my nail and said you have acrylic nails i said yes and wanted to remove it. She continue to finish other guest which is fine then cae back to me and told me i need to soak my hand for easy remove of acrylic 20 mins past and i know im ready but the lady not just finishing other guest and took another one guest and start helping her and me still waiting. I got up and wash my hand because my hand start to itch due to soaking in acetone for a long time then i told the lady can you start working on my nails she ssid i need to soak my finger more i told her im

My nails never last when I come here. Last time after less than two weeks I had three come off this time after one week I have one coming off and there’s fungus underneath. My very first visit I got dip powder right after they open during Christmas. I had gotten dip powder on my natural nail then and three of the dip powders came off after a week . I waited a while, and decided to try them again but I got a full set and dip powder. that time three came off and when I came in for Phil, this time, she charged me to fix it and the same result with the added fungus.

So I came to Savan. They seated me like right at 3. I waited 45 minutes for them to get to me. I only wanted to spend an hour here, so I said let me just get the polish changed, not the full pedicure. The lady said it was going to be $20 because she was going to charge me $5 since my feet were soaking in water. Just water btw. That rubbed me the wrong way. So I said, fine. Then when she realized I was getting gel removed she was going to charge me another $5 because of the removal. So that was $25. Then she said if I got gel put back on, it'd be $27. Like ma'am, what? Is it just me? So she just wanted me to spend a certain amount no matter what. She said everything cost money and everything is expensive: the liner, water.... BTW they wouldn't need liners if they just clean
