Kim's Nails

I got a full acrylic set( very short) and I was charged the highest price$50.00. I just called them to see how much a full acrylic set would be and she said a short set would be $35.00. I got no special design and only 1 solid color. Don’t go here because they over charge and think you don’t know any better. The man is too rough for arthritic hands. He stopped working on me to go and call someone back on the phone. I’m glad he did because I didn’t want him to do my nails. I’ll never go here again and I recommend you don’t either

I went in to Kim Nails around 5pm. This is my 3rd visit. I said I wasn’t going to return after the second visit because I feel like they do mediocre work and the price is not worth it. But I knew they would not have many people so I chose to go back today. Yes, they are friendly and nice but my service tonight was not great. I’m not sure of their names, but a young girl designed my nails and I feel like because she was ready to get off she was in a rush. I am not pleased with the outcome. I will not be returning, in the future please let your young employees know that people are spending their hard earned money for a service. Give your all to those customers until the job is done no matter what the time is!!

Can’t refer no one here without getting threaten or cursed out by nail tech name Jennifer campos. She unprofessional messaged me and then when I called to speak to a manager she answered disrespectfully and said that the establishment doesn’t need none of “my people”. I will never again refer anyone here. We had issues in the past but I was over it. I was kind enough to over look it and refer my friend and this is what I get. Never again.

I have always been a customer at Kim’s Nails in Zachary. The techs here are amazing and friendly, I’ve been coming here since I was in high school, the techs will remember you whenever you come in, I recommend them to any and everyone!!

My daughter and I visited there today for the first time and they seem pretty nice initially, but I felt rush. The young lady that did my toe designs did not too a good job at all. The designs on my toes looked different. I don’t think we will visit there again.
