Unique Men's Haircut

I can’t believe the terrible service my husband received at this salon! Kim gave him an awful haircut and didn’t even bother cleaning up the hair afterward—it was all over his shirt! And when we called to let them know we weren’t happy, they didn’t seem to care at all. It’s like they don’t value their customers at all! How can a hairstylist not know how to cut or style hair properly? This place is a joke. If you care about your hair or your money, avoid this salon at all costs! I hope the salon can address this and improve the service.

I walked in and was greeted, immediately I felt something was off, the stylist had a very condescending attitude and asked me to wait, which I did. While I waited, another stylist (there are a total of three) finished the hair of a customer and came to the front, then they talked in Vietnamese, I assume, for a good five minutes before anyone attended me. Then I was led to a chair, I told the stylist that I just wanted short on the sides and a little trim on the top, but she insisted that I select something from a hair style book. But after looking through them, they were all very short hairstyles, and all the models were white. I actually really liked my haircut. They did a pretty good job. They are twice as expensive as the same quality other places at $35. They did not go above and beyond, like blow the cut hair off my head and shirt so I did not tip them, and I can tell they didn't like that, but they didn't say anything.

The people are nice. I won’t name the person who took not good care of my son’s hair but guys, you’re not barbers! That’s super beginner level. You need to learn this profession and then start working. 10-15 minutes haircut 30$ and disappointment. Terrible job. Customer service is good if it means greeting and being nice but the job is awful. My kid’s hair looks like he had his hair cut by his grandma with very poor sight) Looks ridiculous. What I understand most of these 25-30$ hair cut chain salons that most of them are same, 1 year of course that teaches nothing and then license/certificate.
