I have worked with both Lauren in Mountain View, and Jessica in San Diego. Both have been absolutely lovely. They were both professional, confident in their own skills (which gave me confidence… which is good when someone is injecting your face!), and treatment was very quick (a plus when life is crazy busy). I have also had excellent experiences with their customer service on the phone. Having tried several Botox places, I have been really loving Club Inject. Plus the membership is affordable which makes Botox/Dysport an excellent price. All in all, I appreciate the customer service, the excellent freezing of my wrinkles, and the business structure!

Treatment room looks clean and well-kept. Dionna was professional and personable. She answered my questions with kindness, compassion and honesty.

Alissa was very friendly and informative, and appreciated that she gave me option of pricing for treatments. She was very light handed with the needle very nicely done. ( I hate needles) . Only bummer is when I asked if they do marionette lines she said no? But when I looked up procedure that are done DAO ( are corner lines ,marionette lines?) . Regardless i will return she does good work!🤗
