I recently got a great hair trim from Jenny here, and the whole experience was super smooth. Scheduling was effortless. just messaged her directly, and she got back quickly to set up a time that worked for me. The salon itself is really nice, clean, modern, bright, and welcoming with cute touches like the plants and cozy setup. It's also super convenient, being close to Castro Street. Jenny did a solid job on my trim. precise, quick, and exactly what I asked for. Definitely recommend if you're looking for a friendly, no-fuss spot for haircuts!

I got a single-process coloring and a haircut. I loved how shiny and soft they made my hair, and they styled it really well. Both stylists I worked with were super kind and gave really helpful recommendations! They were really attentive and also offered me and my friend tea, coffee, and cookies! Would totally come back again—great service, especially for the price. I paid $180 for the color and 80 for my cut, which is pretty reasonable considering prices at other salons.

I usually don't leave reviews, but this is the first time since I was an elementary school kid that I ever got my hair cut this short and I have no complaints! My hair grows really thick, making it difficult to manage, but they thinned it perfectly. I love this haircut! I was one of the last customers yet they still put so much effort and attention to detail with the haircut. At each step of the process, they made sure I was okay with the length my hair would be cut. At the end they also made extra care that my hair was styled nicely, making it accurate to the reference I gave and ensuring it suited me. They were both so friendly, kind, patient, and humorous, which made me excited to see the final results. I am not exaggerating when I say this is the best haircut I've gotten in the U.S.

Jenny is the absolute best. I was scared to have my hair cut in layers since i ve never done it before and my hair is thin, but really wanted to try. She done an amazing job cutting and styling it. I am so happy with the results and i really recommend her. She is very detailed oriented, kind and i told all my friends about her. Truly the best 💕
