Do NOT get your haircut here. I took my teen daughters here tonight. Oldest daughter didn’t get what she asked for at all, she asked for longer curtain bangs, a simple trim and angling around her face. She got super short cut straight across bangs that were very choppy, a trim and hardly any angling. The stylist didn’t say one word to her or I, the entire appointment. She didn’t apologize or anything even after I said something and asked her to please not cut anymore into her bangs as they are already very short. Second daughter’s bangs and what was supposed to be angling around the face is super choppy and uneven. The only positive was who I believe was the manager took a look at my oldest hair and agreed it was too short and said herself she couldn’t really fix it and didn’t want to cut

I stopped in this afternoon to browse while visiting a friend in town. I found the salespeople both working the floor and the registers to be friendly and helpful throughout the about 20 minutes I spent in the store. One of the employees (named Talia, sorry if I mis-spelled your name!) let me know about a couple upcoming store events, which I appreciated very much; I let my friend know about them so hopefully she'll stop by! (As an aside, I thought Talia's makeup look was *chef's kiss*!) Thanks for the great experience, and hope to come by again next time I'm in the area.

I’ve shopped at this location several times. I’ve had online pick ups from there as well. Today I ordered a $27 uber ride to get to Ulta to pick up an online order. Not only did they mess up my order, taking more time than expected, they did not allow me to take my order because I used my nickname instead of my legal name, even when my email and phone number and Ulta account is attached to that nickname. I explained to the lady that I have never came across this issue during all the previous pick ups I had. Ordering my item online with 2 of my discounts I had to pay full price for the item all because there was zero accommodations. I will never step foot back at this Ulta again.

Went to this location for a travel sized Azzaro the most wanted eau de parfum. The lady was about to hand it to me looked me dead in my face and said oh no this needs to brought to the front by an associate with a look of disgust. Like Gurrrrl the audacity she was short with a blonde shoulder length bob and the other worker was in the makeup chair area she had black hair with strips of blonde and I think burgundy in it. Very rude and unprofessional. Then once I got to the front and they walked away both older females started giggling. How pathetic they have to be to conduct themselves in such a fashion.

They need to hire more staff at this location. Be prepared to wait in a long line at the register. Also, this store location feels much too cramped and your bombarded with displays right at the front door. I gave up waiting for someone to come around to unlock a perfume to smell. I ended up walking away.
