The first time I went in for highlights, the stylist did an amazing job technically — it just wasn’t the right color for me personally. It simply didn’t feel like me. When I called and explained how I felt, they were so understanding and accommodating. They fit me back into the schedule, which I truly appreciated. My stylist took her time remixing and blending the tones, and she really listened to what I was looking for. The end result was the perfect shade, and I absolutely love my hair now. What really stood out to me was the level of care from the entire team. The manager personally came over to make sure I was happy, and she even reached out a couple of days later via text to confirm I was 100% satisfied. That kind of follow-up and professionalism truly means a lot. I’m so grateful

Had my first appointment with Sarah this weekend. She took the time to find out exactly what I was looking for, including how much maintenance and how much of a commitment I wanted to my color. So very happy with the result!! I also loved the family vibe of the salon. I was super comfortable and felt as if I had been going there for years!
