Couldn't get an appointment with Carolyn after reading all the great reviews until September and was told other styles that work there book their own appointments but never was offered their names or phone numbers. Must not need the business. Also whoever answers the phone needs a personality.

I've been with Carolyn for over 15 years. All the ladies are so nice and very well educated to keep up with the times. They always greet you at the door. This salon is very clean and has a great atmosphere!

Love Carolyn! She's an awesome hairstylist, fast, efficient, stunning work, and well educated in her field. I can't say enough about the ladies in this salon, truly a gem in RI. 💕

I often tell people that one wants their heart surgeon as good at heart surgery as Carolyn is at cutting, styling, coloring, and washing hair.
