Encore Hair Salon

First and last time here. Absolutely no parking when I arrived for my 12:00 appointment which I scheduled on-line. I had to walk from an adjacent lot. I received a confirmation text for 12:00 but upon registration I was told it was 12:30. I showed them multiple confirmations for 12. No apology. The young person who cut my hair was sweet and very polite but clearly inexperienced. I basically had to tell her how to cut my hair. The place was unbearably loud. I couldn't wait to leave. $ 50 wasted

I love going to Encore. Been going for over 20 years now. Always clean, staff friendly, haircuts the best. I would recommend Encore for anyone looking for a new place to get their hair needs done. You won't be sorry.
