I don’t often leave negative reviews, and when I do, it’s because the experience has become a pattern rather than an isolated off day. I’ve been visiting this Ulta location for nearly four years and have tried to be understanding, but this most recent visit was the final straw. The consistent issue is not policy—it’s indifference. I was not greeted, offered help, or made to feel that my business was wanted. When I attempted to redeem my birthday gift (my birthday was exactly one week prior), I was repeatedly redirected to my email and the app, with no effort made to look up my account in the system. Even after showing proof, I was told there was “absolutely nothing” that could be done. To be clear, the issue isn’t the value of the gift itself. A small birthday item is pennies on the doll

Marisol was so wonderful! I really wanted an item that was not available yet… the travel brush set for a girls night… and she helped me order them and to be delivered to me. Saved me extra trips to the store. She was so sweet! 🩷💞 thank you 😊

I had never been to an Ulta and decided to give it a try (I'm usually a dept. store shopper for my makeup). I made a bee line for the MAC area, where a freelance worker was helping a woman. I waited patiently for them to finish for it to be my turn. I wanted to buy a whole new supply of makeup and told the freelance worker this. We had a brief conversation and then the freelance worker told me she'd be right back. After waiting for her a while and I decided to get up from the chair to look at some MAC colors. Do you know when I got up, I saw her fully helping another customer as if I wasn't sitting waiting for her. She wasn't just answering a few questions, she took on another customer while I've been waiting for her, making me wait even longer. And after I had already waited for her when

I was here looking for a specific item, and several staff in the entrance greeted me and helped me find what I was looking for right away. Staff were attentive and helpful, but not overbearing. This store is pretty budget-friendly if you know what to look for, though they do have a lot of great luxury product options. I would definitely come here again :)
