When I was considering a move to Millbury in January, I drove around Elm Street and Main Street, getting a feel for the area. When I saw the rainbow flag proudly displayed in the window of this barbershop, I immediately felt a sense of safety, inclusion, and community. I knew right then I'd found not only a welcoming place to live—but also the perfect spot for haircuts and grooming. Booking an appointment through the website was quick and easy. I scheduled with Andrew, who was ready for me right on time, greeting me with a warm smile and a positive attitude. We had our first experience at Heartland Barber yesterday. We have been looking for a new place for my boys. Mya did both my boys and both said this was their new favorite place and both gave it a 10 out of 10. One of my boys has a few medical issues and was completely comfortable and very talkative. The haircuts came out exactly how they both wanted. I can't express enough how happy I am I found a place for them close by. Can't wait to continue our visits here.

Had a haircut with Phil. Place is nice and has a great atmosphere. However I asked for a mid skin fade and I got a high skin fade. I also asked to take 1/4 inch off the top and close to two inches was taken off. Will take a long time for my hair to grow back out. Pretty simple instructions and the complete opposite was done.

Went to Heartland for the first time today & was thoroughly impressed. First, the atmosphere in the shop was great - it was well designed & decorated and it felt like you were taking a step back in time (in a good way) to an old school barber shop. I was also very happy with the haircut I received. Joe was very attentive & ensured we were both on the same page with the cut that I wanted. He also made a great suggestion to slightly alter the way I parted my hair to fit more naturally with the shape of my head. It now looks and feels more natural. I also liked that the appointment slot was 45 minutes. With that little bit of a buffer, it left ample time for Joe to give me a high quality cut without rushing.
