I have being seeing physical therapist, chiropractors and massage therapist on and off since the summer when I injured my back. Ashley did more in one visit than all the others. She is very intuitive and addresses the dysfunction on a whole body basis. She has advanced level of skill and extensive knowledge how the body works. I am so pleased.to see her and confident the back issues will resolve.

Earlier this year, I had a traumatic muscle injury that required surgery. Although I’m back up in mobile, my whole body was out of balance. Ashley did a phenomenal job of focusing on the muscles that were not only injured but the ones that were compensating. The next morning I woke up pain-free for the first time in nearly 8 months. Convenient location in a beautiful & professional setting, Detail oriented questions so that her plan and what I was looking for out of the massage aligned!

I have tried a few massage therapists but none compare to Ashley. At the first appointment, she did an overall assessment, listened to and focused on my needs. She explained at the end everything that she had found, and what she would do for next time. She even took notes! Since then, I have been feeling better and better with each appointment. She is warm and engaging, thoughtful and focused. I can tell that she really enjoys her craft. I have no qualms about referring Ashley to anyone who asks where I go from my massage therapy. She is well worth it!!

Prior to coming to Ashley I had some negative experiences with massage. Massage with Ashley is a totally different experience. She works with her clients to thoroughly assess individual needs and offers a variety of therapeutic massage techniques. She is extremely knowledgeable and has a great ability to tune in to individual needs and how best to meet them. My massage days are a highlight on my calendar. Today I had the pleasure of getting the most incredible 60 minute therapeutic massage by Ashley. It was life changing. She is so extremely talented. I will be telling everyone to go see her. I ended leaving feeling so relaxed, tension was gone, and I even bought my husband a giftcard to go see her for Christmas. She was able to go over some of my focus trouble areas are, and where to target at the next visit as well. I will most definitely be booking with her again in the near future. Ashley is so friendly, I felt completely comfortable with her from the beginning. Her room is adorable, warm, and comforting. No problem with parking as her spot is conveniently in a shared building with large parking lot. 10/10 recommend booking an appointment with her.
