Lidia is amazing. She is so well versed in curly hair, giving great tips for styling as she goes. You can tell she has a lot of experience cutting curly hair and the hair cut felt so personalized. I instantly felt comfortable and she gave me such a gorgeous haircut! Also the atmosphere of the salon is really cute. Absolutely loved my experience here!

Sooooooo, this was my mom and I's very 1st time ever getting a curly cut and getting so much information we didn't know we needed about how to care for our curly hair, to say that it was an amazing experience wouldn't be enough to describe how great and knowledgeable Lidia is, she is the owner and curly hair expert.... throughout our entire process Lidia engaged with us giving us specific details and explanations as to what our hair needed from products to styling tips and she made us feel extremely comfortable with asking any questions we had. It was an amazing experience and we can't wait to go back!!

I am so happy I found Lidia/Thr Curly Canvas! I last had a Deva cut in 2021 in the Philly area and haven't had such a good cut since then until finding Lidia. She spent time understanding and carefully cutting my hair to bring my curls back to life, and explaining some new techniques to help me get more consistency on wash days. My hair hasn't looked this healthy, consistent, bouncy, and curly for years. I'd recommend Lidia to anyone who has curly hair and is looking for a great experience with a wonderful person who really understand curly and wavy hair. Lidia took this before and after...I couldn't believe how different my color looks without her changing it! A cut really made all the difference.

This was my first experience going to a stylist that specializes in curly hair. Lidia was AMAZING! The entire experience was so educational and Lidia really made sure to walk me through each step so I truly feel comfortable trying these steps and techniques on my own. She took a before and after photo which I will post with this review, I think my jaw is still on the floor at the salon hahaha….INCREDIBLE!! Highly recommend!

Lidia is so nice and the salon is so inviting and cute. She is super knowledgeable and I have learned a lot about my hair type and how to style it. I am so thankful I found her salon, my curls have never looked better! Wonderful experience every time!
