I normally would not walk into an Ulta to get my eyebrows waxed, but my pregnant wife had a blowout appointment with Shareem that day. She was incredibly friendly and did an amazing job on my wife’s hair. She even kept me company the whole time, chatting with me while I waited. When I mentioned that I needed my eyebrows done, she offered to get me scheduled. I am a bit of a perfectionist about my appearance, so I was nervous. Once Shareem finished, I was honestly blown away by how much care she put into it and how good they looked. I walked out feeling great. I will definitely be coming back to see her again

Okay, so this was my first time at this location, and I was seriously impressed! ✨ I've been going to Alta for years, but needed something special for a wedding. They squeezed me in last minute, which was already amazing. 💖 The whole team was fantastic! My hair stylist 💇‍♀️ and the MAC counter specialist totally transformed me, and I actually felt glamorous in the photos. Beyond the amazing makeover, I was struck by how kind and respectful everyone was to each other and to the clients. You can tell they enjoy working there, which says a lot. It's no wonder this place is always busy! 🤩 I don't usually write reviews, but I had to share my experience. I love coming here to buy products. I made an appointment for the salon for my first time for my daughter to get tinsel she’s 5 We arrive 2 minutes before 12:30 and the lady lets me know if I can wait a little bit Of course I don’t mind I wander around the store Then she comes back to me to let me know they had accepted a walk in and that the lady is running behind if I could come back at 1:30 I was a little devastated only because my daughter was so excited but it happens I don’t mind. I go to this store alot, I have never had an issue with getting help, in fact I have always found them much more attentive than the roseville store, But I was just about to schedule a full salon appt, cut, dye,highlights, ect. After reading the reviews,and the canned responses from their bot, I will not be going there. Damn, but I am spending alot and it won't be at ulta

I had a full set of hilights done here by Kylie. She is a great stylist, and worked very hard to give me what I wanted. The appointment did take a while but that is because I have a lot of hair it always takes a while. I have zero complaints about Kylie. My issue comes when it was five minutes before closing my stylist is trying to wash toner out of my hair and I have to sit there in the bowl while the manager questioned her about why it took so long to do my hair, because it was pretty obvious to me that they were upset about it taking so long I told her not even worry about drying my hair. It’s pretty unprofessional to pull a stylist aside to give them the what for while the client is in ear shot and still waiting to finish their service, additionally I shouldn’t have been made to feel l
