"My previous review wasn't favorable, but I'm updating it because Cindy has made significant improvements in my perception. However, I still disagree with the initial incident, which is why I'm leaving my previous comments and pictures up. It's important to communicate if unsure about fulfilling a client's request rather than causing unintended issues. Despite this, I appreciate the welcoming and convenient nature of this establishment, and I'll continue supporting them with my patronage."

First time trying a local nail salon I am new to the Lincoln area. I had an appointment and they started 20 mins later on me, they did apologize for it which I appreciate it. But it only went bad from there unfortunately. My pedicure was messed up and I was very careful after getting it done, FYI they didn’t even do callus removal. My dip powder was so thick and uneven I’m so upset about it all. I’m not sure if it was a bad technician or what but I’m very disappointed in the results. I probably will not be going back…. I will try other local nail salons before giving them a second chance. Also a manicure and pedicure together took 2 hours and almost 30 mins.. Also there was an older women there she kept telling the nail tech her toes hurt and the nail tech didn’t even acknowledge her. It

Called to see if anyone would be able to do a French tip ombré dip manicure—they were able to get me in within a half hour, and Tammy did a wonderful job! Took her time, was pleasant to talk to, price was very reasonable, and I’m so happy with how they turned out!

What a pleasant surprise to find a business willing to accommodate an immediate request for service from a new client … late on Sunday afternoon as well. Cindy responded to my specific needs with the practiced skill of a knowledgeable professional. Her willingness to stay past normal closing was the icing on the cake.

Thankful they accepted 30 mins before they close and did a great job with my pedicure. I did a regular pedicure with regular nail polish. Great service and my nail polish lasted more than 3 months, which means they use great quality nail polish.
