My daughter and I are new to threading and recently made appts to have our eyebrows done. The stylist are very friendly, helpful and the service was excellent! It was easy to book online and only took a few minutes to shape and clean up our brows. Very affordable, and much less painful than waxing or plucking. We will be back 😊

I have been going here for 3 years now and I’ve loved how polite the staff are and how clean the place is. Today the lady that assisted me was not very welcoming, when I walked in she asked if I had an appointment but she had an annoyed expression and when I told her I had no appointment, she told me it’s gonna be a 10 minute wait but the way she told me seemed rude. I agreed to waiting because I understand that appointments take priority but her attitude was not necessary. I’m leaving a 3 stars because I do love the place and their employees who always do an amazing job based on my past experiences but today the lady just ruined that experience.

I didn't receive any services because Janvi said she was fully booked. This is the third time I’ve experienced this excuse. I understand that things can get busy, but the salon was empty, and only one person came in during that time. Additionally, she opened at 3:55 PM, which is late. It's unfair that I have to drive here and make an appointment for services like eyebrow and upper lip that only take 10-15 minutes. This salon offers both walk-in services and appointments. But with her is only with appointments
