Ulta Beauty

I am at Ulta Beauty monthly for my hair appointment. I have been going to Ulta Beauty salon for over a year. Maggie is my stylist. She is fantastic. She has been able to do with my hair what no one else has been able to accomplish. She actively listens, discusses ideas and then works her magic. She gives her best recommendations for the right products for my hair which I can purchase right at Ulta. Ulta has a wonderful awards program. I love my hairstylist, the products at Ulta and the team of people that work at Ulta are so friendly and helpful.

Upon walking in I was asked 3 separate times by the same employee "can I help you find anything?" While getting dirty looks. I'm sorry I was in sweats, I didn't know full makeup and a ball gown was required to go buy shampoo.

I went to ulta the other day and the cashier named Madiha, was very nice and respectful. I had questions and she answered them with the knowledge she has and she made sure I understood everything i was purchasing. She told me about the program and all the benefits and explained everything. She always had a smile on to me and the costumers in front of me in line. Im very happy with the costumer service i have gotten from her.

I had my hair highlighted yesterday by Jovanni and she did an amazing job — did exactly what I was looking for! Thank you to her and Happy Holidays 🎄
