I recently went to Taylor and my hair has never looked better. She’s so sweet and did exactly what I wanted which I been looking for for so long. She’s extremely talented in what she does and made me absolutely be in love with my hair. 10/10 will be going back to her!

Absolutely the worst experience of my life. This was my first time getting my hair done at ulta. I booked a full highlight with Taylor. I came in with many pictures of how my previous stylist did my hair, as well as told her exactly what I wanted. A full highlight, bright face frame, a root smudge, and ash tone. I cannot believe what I left with. My hair is fried. The front of my hair is HIGHLIGHTER YELLOW. The rest of my highlights are chunky, given hot roots, no root smudge, no tone, and the highlight placement is a mess. I was changed $241 that ulta isn’t refunding yet. I told this stylist that it was too yellow and I wanted it tones and she snapped back with saying that my hair lifts yellow. I’ve had blonde hair for 10+ years and never had an issue.
