Review for Nathalia S I had my haircut done by Nathalia S today and I absolutely love it! She’s incredibly sweet and showed great hospitality from the moment I arrived—even taking my coat and sweater for me. Before starting, she made sure we were on the same page with the game plan for my hair, and she checked in throughout the process to ensure I was happy. She also gave me amazing hair tips tailored to what I’ve been doing with my hair lately. I rarely trust people with my hair, but her communication and care really stood out. Nathalia made me feel comfortable, confident, and valued—she truly lives by her words that “the client is the boss.” I’m so happy with the results!

Destiny is an absolute magician. She understood the assignment for sure. lol Seriously, she understood the texture of my hair, worked sooooo well with it. (I have thick coarse hair). The suggestions that she made were on point and she was all around such a pleasure to work with. If trust the process was a specific experience, this was it. Immediate book for next time. I had my hair done at ulta with Anne. She's been doing my hair for two years. Have gotton color treatment and hair cuts. She is excellent. My hair always comes out great. Had my hair darken and lighten hair cut short or just a trim . Every time I'm 😊 happy. Will go back again

I visited this store today, I was so pleased with my experience! Emma one of the staff members was so kind and patient. Not only did she help me find the perfume scent I was looking for, but she showed me various options of different items I now love! Fantastic customer service.

I just had the best experience at this location and I have shopped this store many times since it opened years ago. I went in looking for an Ulta exclusive & met a literal Angel, named Diana. She went through recommendations for my initial ask but then went deeper into my regiment & lifestyle. She took her time to not only educate me on the products but cleaned my face and applied it while going into the essentials of what skin I have and how I have to treat it at different stages of life. Above and Beyond is an understatement. She was personable, relatable, and offered a tailored experience that made me a new client for life.
