SEPHORA at Kohl's

I loved this store and liked that although their inventory is small they try to have a few of everything which was nice . Also good for holiday gift shopping.

Sephora in Central Valley has a good collection. Very clean and maintained. Staff is very helpful and charming. The shelves are well stocked. We bought a men's cologne.

They had a lot of nice products but not much in the way of sales staff. No one goes out of their way to help you find products not like the original sephora stores where service was everything.. basically have to know what you're looking for

Sephora at Kohl's may be a smaller store, but it’s incredibly neat and organized. The layout makes it easy to find what you’re looking for, and the friendly staff is always ready to help. Despite the size, they carry most of the popular products, so you won’t miss out on your favorites. A great spot for a quick and convenient beauty shopping experience!

Very unprofessional. We went to return something at this location today (not knowing you can’t return Sephora’s items in locations in Kohl’s) the lady told us that we cannot return them in this location and told us to go to Middletown which is the same location inside a Kohl’s which would’ve ended up in getting the same result, then we were getting annoyed because the lady was like “sooo yeah we can’t do much” then she proceeded to tell us that we can “try” and process this return here which we were fine with. Then waited like 5 minutes waiting for the other lady to come back and try because the one we were talking to didn’t know how to do returns which was odd because aren’t they trained to accept returns? Doesn’t seem like it, the other lady came back and spent like 25 minutes just tryi
