The Cosmetics Company Store

Horrible customer service and definitely Mismanaged. Staff behind the registers were using their cell phones texting while assisting customers and was ignoring the customer as well . What kind of training do we do at this store ? Where was management ? The manager has a nasty look on her face too and was also ignoring the customer so I guess the Apple does not fall far from the tree when your associates are trained to be unprofessional. If the shoe fits . I have been to other Estée Lauder stores and I have to say this is the most unprofessional and mismanaged location I have been at .

Very disappointed with the service. The staff were unhelpful and made me feel like they didn’t want to do their job. I spent over $120, and there was a sign stating that purchases over $100 come with two gifts. When I asked the female staff member about it, she rudely said they didn’t have any gifts and didn’t provide any explanation. This behavior is completely unacceptable and does not reflect good customer service.

I had a wonderful experience at the cosmetics store at Woodbury Common Premium Outlet today. Zaidae,Nathalie and Carlos were fantastic—they listened to my concerns and showed me a wide range of luxury brand cosmetics. Their help made the visit really special. Today Natalie helped me a lot with all the products with so much of patience. I was looking for a good makeup kit for months. But none helped me this much . Other staff is not at all helpful but I just loved Natalie’s approach to customers!! I also loved the deals in the store.
