Stepping into the L'Occitane en Provence store was an absolute treat! Known for their exquisite focus on natural beauty, skincare, and fragrance products inspired by the South of France, the store truly transports you. My daughter and I were instantly captivated by the wonderful, immersive scents—it's a truly aromatic experience. While we definitely spent more than we planned (it's hard not to!), every penny was totally worth it. The store itself is beautifully presented, and the overall service was excellent. What really stood out was the opportunity to try the different products. I particularly enjoyed sampling the wide array of body lotions and hand creams. I don’t usually shop in person due to lack of time, but yesterday I decided to do so and unfortunately realized how much customer service has declined. The cashier who assisted me treated me in a dismissive and unwelcoming manner. I initially tried to be understanding, assuming she may have had a long day. However, after I paid for two items, I decided to go back to purchase another product. While waiting, I overheard her politely asking another customer if they had a rewards account and if they would like to sign up something that was never offered to me, which already felt odd. When it was my turn again, I asked about an item displayed at the entrance, and she responded abruptly, saying it was not for sale. Lady with a curly hair is extremely helpful sales person and only reason why I bought anything in this store as I never tried this brand before.

The staff at this location were extremely rude and unprofessional. A pricing mistake was made by the employee, yet I was treated as if I were the problem. The assistant manager intervened without understanding the situation and only defended her staff instead of resolving the issue. This was a very unpleasant experience.

I love skin care and I love this store! From moisturizer to hand cream! They have the best! The store is cute, a lot of display as soon as you enter the door! A lot of sale too! The interior is quite big and very organized on how they arranged the products in order. I am a big fan of skin care, my favorite here is CHERRY BLOSSOMS HAND CREAM, IMMORTELLE PRECIOUS CREAM, IMMORTELLE DIVINE CREAM. The girl is super nice! She even gave us a bunch of freebies! Omg like a lot! (See my picture) Will I buy here? Yes af course! I am fan of their products! All are silky, smooth and lightly fragrant!
