I had a great experience thanks to Angelina. She was extremely professional, patient, and helpful throughout the entire interaction. It’s clear that she genuinely cares about providing great service and making sure customers feel welcomed and taken care of. Employees like Angelina make a huge difference in the overall experience. Her positive attitude and dedication really stood out, and she went above and beyond to help. Honestly, she deserves a raise for the excellent work she does. The company is lucky to have someone like her on the team!

Angelina was great! She helped match my skin tone for a concealer and foundation. I was pretty indecisive but she was very patient and sweet. All associates are always nice and helpful

I have nasty, kinky, curly, hair. I found Heidi & I'm SO GREATFUL for having her as my regular hairdresser. She must be a witch because she works magic for me! ~ LOL ~ She's completely professional but she mixes it well with her friendliness. She has an amazing memory & asks how everyone is doing even though I only see her every six months & she has a ton of regular customers! She appears younger so hopefully I'll never have to find someone new again. I hope I go bald or kick the bucket before she decides to retire! ~ LOL

I recently had a wonderful haircut at the Ulta Hair Salon. The Cosmetologist knew what she was doing. She is definitely my new hairdresser, because she knew how to work with my hair and she was very nice and pleasant.

I got my hair styled on Friday Nov 7th (curl haircut) and it was styled horribly. My hair is too short and unsuitable for work now. The hairstylist was named Heidy and she should never touch black women hair again.
