Updating again- 4/15/24… I’m still going to Kelly. She’s still slaying my nails as usual. She has some new employees. She is very busy. I have always been happy with my service. Like I stated in my reviews previously - if there’s a problem just explain it. These ladies do not speak English as their first language. And they are all very nice. I recently took my seven year-old son to get a manicure. And his nail tech was so patient with him. I want to update my review and give a little advice. I’ve been going to this shop for 5-6 years. Kelly has always done my nails, Angie did my sisters until she moved recently. I’m someone who is pickier than anyone when it comes to my acrylics. Im a stylist so they need to be done perfect to avoid lifting. I have never had a problem with getting an app

Done by someone who clearly had never done gel. I asked for a certain color and instead of telling me they didnt have it, they tried to mix things into a color and I called them out on it before switching to a color they did have. Then the owner had to keep coming over to monitor the work (she did thr base clear gel layers). Will not go back not even for a correction. Its not worth it.

This is my go to spot for a pedicure. Don provides wonderful service. She is thorough and takes her time to get the job done. She is also a pefectionist so if isn't right she is going to redo it. I try to go during the week to avoid the weekend crowds.

I normally used to pay #45 or $50 for pedicure but of late Kim would charge irregular for both which I've brought to her attention twice already but being that I get pedicure and manicure would let it slide but this is the final straw . I was Charge $84 dollars for just my feet today.My dissappointment was several attempt to bring it to her notice about the drastic change in price and her insistance on sticking with price increment without bulging claiming I come to her because she is good. Well not too good to be charging exorbitantly and irregularly. Remember to always ask kim for the detailed price due before services or you would be surprised.Dont assume that curticle remover and hot towels should be included in the regular $45 or you might get double your bill.I dont even want to imag
