Lauren always does a great job cutting and styling my long hair. She understands exactly the type of layering that makes my hair look good and I get lots of compliments after each cut. Highly recommend her for long hair styles.

I reserved an appointment for 2 people with 2 specific Salon professionals KB and Chinaka. When I reached the manager said both were not available and are too busy. Why didn't they call and notify me so I wouldn't waste my time driving up there? They made someone else cut my daughter's hair and he did such a bad job, it looks horrible! I asked for a step cut and it's blunt straight cut he gave her with bangs only in front. It's also so uneven, see the pictures. There's one long strand just left uncut. Why would you have appointment slots available for specific professionals if they aren't available, stop trying to fool your customers if you care about them. I'm never going back there again!

This was my first time in a hair, Cuttery in many years. I gave myself a botched Home haircut. The stylist was able to take me in quickly, and walked me through what she planned to do before doing anything.
