Respectful and nice local barbershop. First time here and I like the classic look. Reminds me of home

If you value your hair don’t even think about it, last time I went there for a haircut, I asked for a barber then I got a cook instead.

Won’t go anywhere else. Lived in the area my entire life, when I was younger it didn’t really matter to me where I got my hair cut. Sometimes I would go to the hair cuttery, and i wasn’t always entirely impressed with the results. But I won’t go anywhere else anymore other than the barbershop, and I just rather Peter cut my hair. Last time I went he didn’t even need to ask what I wanted. He just cut. I’m not good at ordering haircuts anyway. Anytime he asked how I want it done, I just say, “shorter, whatever you think is best”. Peter and the barbershop are true staples of Burtonsville. It’s sad to see the longtime owner Peter sell the barbershop, but he moved on to bigger and brighter things. Asked for a trim on the sides, and a thinning on top. So the barber cuts a gross high fade instead of medium, takes 5 inches off of the top, and chops the bangs up. Now I look like a toddler. Still had to pay 21$, and they don't take card. I will not be going back. I'd give a one-star review, but I don't believe in one- or five-star reviews.
