The store manager was so kind! Super helpful and helped me find products for my face. First time going to that store and had the 5 star treatment. She is very engaging with her customers. I’m so happy I found someone like her to help me because I was bombarded with so many product and didn’t know what to choose for my face. I believe her name was Ms.Courtney. She also helped me with opening a new account and I got approved. I can say I left very happy from the store. She is very knowledgeable with every product in the store. Thank you Ms Courtney!

I was in the store Monday. I made a purchase and left my Isotoner gloves. I called the store and spoke with Bella who confirmed my gloves were there and would put my name in them. When I arrived at the store the following day, staff recalled the gloves but that as they were in the safe they would need to call a manager to open the safe. When DM, Casey approached, the girls advised her that I was there for” the gloves in the safe.” Without looking Casey declared that they were not there. I suggested she actually look. She reluctantly bent to look, repeated that they were not there and did not look anywhere else. She did not call Bella and did not call closing manager from the previous night. Who is the curly hair with brown and blonde highlights? I know her when I see her because no one is imagining her getting smart with people you all allow her to be that way. She indeed will insult a shopper because she’s clearly permitted to and most likely laughs about the nastiness of her mouth and demeanor in spaces she feels comfortable admitting she’s that way. That is not a good spirit and purposely undermines others for her own satisfaction or bias towards the customer. She acts like a restaurant employee that hates her job but got an opportunity to be in a more positive environment for herself and she’s taking it for granted. I love this location's employees! 💕 Today one in particular made my day! I was going to checkout with an eyeliner that I didn't really want in lieu of one that I thought was out of stock. My cashier, Bella, made sure to ask if I found everything okay, and when I told her what I wanted but that I wasn't sure if they had it, she quickly found one and made sure I got it instead. It was exactly what I was after, and I wouldn't have gotten it myself. Thank you Ulta Benton Harbor for never making me compromise!

Cashier Makayla seemed upset today at 1:50pm all she did was stare I asked her how her day was going and she replied with a smart comment. She also didn’t even greet me upon entering. Overall I love the scents I bought.
