Placed an order online. Someone picked up my order without my ID. All they did was credit my card when I wanted the merchandise I paid for on sale. Can I get video of who picked up my order? Why can't I get my items at the sale price of my original order? Rip off. Poor customer service.
Very clean, neatly organized store. Staff seems friendly and helpful. Be sure to check out the new Disney princess line that just launched.
They usually don't have what I want but they did have my vanilla bean lotion this time. I also got several more. Some of the Bridgerton lotions are really good
Love bath and body works! I don’t usually get offered any help but that’s okay because I know what I like. Staff are generally friendly, lots of options to pick from, good deals are often available, and lines are never long, if any at all.
Thank you so much for the wonderful customer service and helping me find what I was searching for. I absolutely love my pumpkin carving and ghoul friend candles. It looks and smells amazing. Thanks
