Not happy with them at all! Won’t be going back… I went here last year consistently. I just went back Friday. Had three break and two fall off in TWO DAYS! The rest started lifting. So I soaked them off myself. He cut my cuticle and made me bleed… I said it was okay cause accidents do happen. He did apologize….It’s now puffed up and red like it’s getting infected. So the soak of was very much needed. Tiffany and David have always done my nails well. The others I’ve had problems with in the past… along with now. The prices must’ve also went up. Pictures below costed me $80. I like to get my money worth and don’t believe they were the done to the standards to charge $80. (Press ons last longer than these did). Wonderful shop to get a full set of acrylics done. Fair prices, knowledgeable staff, and great attention to detail. Henry did my set and put a lot of care and effort into my nails. Obviously they take pride in their work here. I've had the set on for a full week now with no issues, and the polish has held up beautifully. I will be coming back, and would recommend to others. If you are in the area Southwest Michigan in Benton Harbor there is a nail salon called ivy nails and spa. And it is legitimately the best nail salon around our area. They take pride in their work. They're extremely kind and helpful. And they can do anything and I mean anything that you want them to do. And it will come out exactly how you showed them. The picture of that you wanted. Tiffany is amazing. I didn't catch the guy's name who did my pedicure. But just completely the most relaxing experience. I've had in a really long time. Highly highly highly recommended.

(Update they lifted in 2 days and broke off)I’ve been here twice now the first time was okay, after 4 days of having my acrylics a few popped off. So I called back to get them fixed free of charge. I also did a color change and different design. This was $45. I wouldn’t quite give them a 5/5 star just because I’m personally very very picky about my nails since I do tend to pay good money for them & they’re not quite to my level of perfectionism(they are still very beautiful). The shaping and general application process could be better but also depends on the person. The nice lady Tiffany did a great job with the design other than the pumpkins they could’ve been a little better, I even let her add her own touch with the bones! If I could I would rate them 100/10 they were so patient with both my mom and I and delivered in ways we haven’t experienced in south west Michigan. The staff is so precious and so kind!! I personally find it extremely affordable and worth the quality I want and payed for. They were able to deliver on what I asked for and what I got. Cant wait to go back again!
