Great Clips

Worst haircut of my life. Extremely rude staff. Do not go here. You'll have to go somewhere else to have your hair fixed, and the staff will treat you terribly. They don't know basic skills at Great Clips in Benton Harbor, like trimming hair. All of my hair is uneven. It literally makes me want to cry how awful I look now. It's like a 5 year cut my hair with their eyes closed. They asked if I liked it, and I said yes because I didn't want her touching my hair again. They must hire anyone off the street with no license. They are getting paid to ruin people's lives. Makes me want to throw up. Sickening!!!

Its okay. I am usually self conscious about the condition of my scalp and hair and I often tell the stylists quietly not to bring it up or comment on it. They will then speak loudly about how bad everything is and embarrass me.

Just got my "wig snapped" by Jeff. Pre cheked in online. Showed up 5 min later, Very courteous greeting. He asked great questions and moved quickly . I was in and out in less then 30 min with a great hair cut. I definitely will be back and appreciate the service. Very well done.

I just got my haircut and aside from how choppy and bad my haircut turned out the haircut process was the worst haircut I have ever received. I did not catch the man’s name who cut it but he was a short older man. Once I heard he was going to try to complete it in under 20 minutes, I should have left. I did have long hair and it is pretty thick and boy did he show how annoyed he was with that. He succeeded in getting it done by the time they closed. Yay for him! Multiple times I almost left while he was yanking my hair around, clearly more focused on going home than giving me a decent haircut. So I’m partly to blame for staying. I can’t say I don’t recommend this place as a whole but the gentleman who works here is not worth your time since you don’t necessarily get to choose who does you
