For the 3rd and last time over the past few months, I. Called to make an appointment. Every time I left a message. The first time they called me 4 days later. The 2nd time, no return call and the 3rd time it was 1 day before they called me back. By the time they called back I had made an appointment somewhere else. The other salon was more expensive but at least they picked up their phone. My advice is … hire someone to answer you phone or let people make appointments online. I can’t imagine how much money you are loosing based on your reviews “All for the same reason”!!!

I’ve been with Lauri for about 2 years now. Before her, I spent 6 YEARS (and a LOT of money) trying to find someone who could get the color of my highlights bright again. (My hair is kinda difficult…) She knew exactly what do. We have so much fun when I’m in her chair laughing. Great person. Very talented stylist. I’m so blessed to have found her!

Kim Strickland is absolutely the BEST!!! She does my hair and both of my daughters . For me, blonde to brunette and back and forth amazingly. My daughter is 17 and received blonde highlights today and has super thick, long hair. She just raves about how awesome Kim is! We wouldn’t go to anyone else!

So so happy I switched to this salon! I always feel confident when I walk away from Kim Strickland’s chair. She does my highlights so well, I’m always complimented on my hair when I leave! We have great conversations and I really enjoy my time there with her. I also really appreciate Kim for always listening to me when I want to try something new or only want a certain amount cut off. I highly recommend her!

My hairstylist retired recently, and for the first time in over twenty years I found myself looking for someone new! A few friends of mine go to Twisted River, so I decided to give them a try. I have very thick and long hair but that was no challenge for Lauri. Lauri did highlights, toner, and cut my hair. I was nervous, but she did a great job! My husband even commented on how good my hair looked! The salon is nice and clean, and everyone was very nice. The price was also great. If you're looking for someone local to Clayton, I recommend Twisted River and Laurie!!
