Jennifer is the Best!!! I‘ve had a longtime Massage Therapist in CT and was worried I would not find anyone compatible in NC. I highly recommend Jennifer. She knows what she’s doing. She makes me feel better every time.

Jennifer is a dedicated and experienced massage therapist. I’ve had several different massage types with her. I highly recommend therapeutic table massage and traditional Thai with her. She is very knowledgeable with the muscle and body mechanics and helped me with the treatment and further prevention of my hip pain. In her traditional Thai massage she set up a peaceful floor mat and stretched me like I was a baby. If you like yoga you would love the Thai. I also love her table massages. She always sets a peaceful room with ambient sound and very calming music. She is a dedicated to always learning and improving her 15 years expertise. She gives me encouragement every massage with small tips to help my body between our sessions. I highly recommend her services.

I feel so lucky to have found this place. Jennifer is extremely professional and knowledgeable. There has never been a time that I've gone in for a massage and didn't walk out feeling so much better. Her ability to identify problem areas, provide passive range of motion, initiate stretching, and provide home suggestions are just a few examples of her incredible skill set. I have been seeing Jennifer gosh for probably 2-3 years now about 1-2x a month. She is amazing! This is coming from someone who has had regular massages for the past 20 years. Jennifer truly knows what she is doing. Not only is she already very knowledge in her craft, she takes the time to learn new techniques for herself but also for you. If there is something specific bothering you and she knows of a technique that may benefit you she will take the time to relearn it. She intuitively and through her knowledge can read your body. I can't tell you the number of times she has been able to find the source of my aches and pains and worked them out. She also takes the time to share with you at home things you can do that can alleviate the pain. I personally have two different types of massage
