Highly recommend! Sanctuary Massage & Wellness has the best Thai Yoga and massage I have ever experienced. I am an avid golfer and visit the gym regularly. My neck and back are always tight and sore. In 1.5 hours Denise works through many ancient Thai muscle stretches and massage techniques that will leave you energized and calm. She brings heat and circulation back into my muscles and a feeling of relief and wellbeing when I walk out. If I could go weekly I would! Best therapy for sore and aching body and mind. Namestay!
