Total Image Salon

Went this morning based on community recommendations. My hairdresser was booked and my kids needed a cut and they were available so I gave it try. This was the most awful experience I’ve ever had. My daughter came in for a cut. The stylist didn’t wash her hair or barely wet it prior to cutting. She used a sliver of product and only on a small section of her bangs. She chopped her hair way shorter than what my daughter asked for. She was then supposed to trim a portion of her bangs and hacked it. It wasn’t styled afterwards either. My daughter was so devastated she cried in the car. My son asked for a wash and bang trim. He told her the length she cut way past that then laughed it off to him saying oops guess it bounced back shorter. My son is completely miserable over this. Then comes time

I have never been here before, but I will go back! Halie did such an amazing job on my nails. WHOO! Halie has skills! we talked the entire time and she definitely made me feel like a client who has been coming to her for years!

I have had my hair braided here twice and extremely happy. Well done and lasted a long time. And the ladies are very quick and professional.

I am originally from PA and was visiting with my parents for 6 weeks. I was badly in need of a haircut so I called Total Image based on the wonderful reviews. They were kind and courteous and were able to book me within days. Lauren gave me a beautiful cut and style that was much better than I hoped for. I highly recommend this salon. Thank you Lauren!
