Heaven The Salon Experience

Professional and so great with my entire family. My kids loved getting their hair cut by Michael! We will be going back and using him in the future. My teen daughter was in love with her hair style and has been trying to get his vision to come to life for years and Michael made it happen. My son’s hair was cut over and above my expectation and my younger daughter loved being pampered getting her hair washed and styled. He fit us in when there was a cancelation and I absolutely loved the experience! He was so knowledgeable and helpful.

I went here to get a hair cut and color based on the great reviews. It feels more like an assembly line than a salon experience. The girl who did my hair (Sierra) left dye all over my hair line, which could easily have been wiped off before I left. I posted a picture, if your interested... when I called the salon they told me it happens all the time! They told me to try using make-up remover! Thanks, next time I think I'll try a real salon! I read the owners response, it's funny that they state they care about reviews...because I never received a phone call or anything regarding my negative experience. I guess I'll let you be the judge based on the pictures.

I went to the salon for the first time about a year ago and have continued to go. Michael is amazing both in personality and skill. He is the first stylist who was able to cut my curly hair and made it look good!!

Daniel always does such an amazing job with my hair. I have very thick and wavy hair, and for most of my life have had trouble finding someone I like. He's the first stylist I’ve continued with throughout the years and I always go in knowing I’ll leave with something I love. Daniel has a very chill vibe which I love and sometimes I even start to doze off while he’s cutting my hair since it’s that relaxing. The salon is also wonderful overall with great customer service. I’d highly recommend Heaven and Daniel to anyone struggling to find and in need of a good haircut!

I’m new to Winchester, and this salon was amazing. I made an appointment for a men’s haircut for my boyfriend and the lady over the phone was so nice and caring to all my questions. I called back to let them know we would be late and she was still super nice about it. We eventually showed up and I apologized for being late, she told me not to worry and offered us a beverage. The lady who cut my boyfriends hair was absolutely amazing. I was told she was level one but have been cutting hair for 6 years. So it was an amazing price and haircut. We definitely will return again.
