Christina is the best massage therapist that I have met. I have been visiting her for yoga and massage for 12 years, and she has never let me down. Her knowledge of anatomy, body mechanics, and a holistic approach to life is truly impressive. She gives great insights to lifestyle changes that have helped me greatly in my health. She has taught me how to practice yoga safely. Her massages keep me walking upright. I HIGHLY recommend Tesaje.
We booked a yoga class while we were in town and it was excellent. Christina delivered exactly the type of class I enjoy, and explained things well along the way. She gave the perfect amount of guidance when needed. Highly recommend! We'll definitely book again the next time we are in town!
Christina is a FANTASTIC massage therapist!!! I’ve received bi-weekly massages for the past 10 years and finally found the best therapist with Christina!! She is truly educated in manipulation of muscle groups and applies that knowledge with the best massage and post massage suggestions for continued improvement!! I very highly recommend her!
