I had such a great experience! I was there first thing in the morning and was seen right away. The nail tech was gentle, professional, friendly, and really paid attention to every detail. This set is absolutely beautiful — great job! I was also offered water or wine, which was such a nice touch. At the end of my service, I received a hot stone back massage along with cuticle oil and a relaxing hand lotion massage. It truly felt like a pampering experience from start to finish. I’ll definitely be back!

My mom and I went here as walk-ins to get our gel manicure taken off and a simple mani/pedi with regular polish. Despite both techs being friendly, the job felt rushed and their work showed. The polish is not even with the cuticle, you can still see lumps from where the gel was. I could’ve done the same work for free. Very disappointed in how everything turned out.

Helen was amazing! She was super friendly and made the whole experience so enjoyable. I got a full set of acrylics with the vitamin gel, and she was upfront about pricing which I appreciated as well. She also helped me compare colors to find the perfect shade for my nails. The nail art she created was absolutely stunning, I love them even more than the reference photos I showed her! You can really tell she takes her time and puts so much care into making everything perfect. ❤️

The salon is well run and the nail services are usually done very well. I’ve consistently been happy with the quality of my nails. One area that could improve is professionalism during appointments. Some technicians converse with each other in another language while working, and staff should be mindful of what is being said in front of clients. Just because a client’s appearance may suggest they don’t understand the language does not mean they don’t. Many times I’ve felt uncomfortable and tempted to interrupt to say that I understand what’s being said, but I’ve chosen not to. I hope this feedback is taken constructively and discussed at the next staff meeting as a reminder of professionalism during services, as it would greatly improve the overall client experience.

Helen did an AMAZING job! She re did my nails because 2 of them broke. She ended up doing a much better job then the stylist I had before! I 100% recommend Helen! She is so nice❤️
