i love this place so much!!!! they are always so kind and amazing. i go to the man to get acrylic and he’s always so accommodating and works fast!!

I’ve gone here a couple of times the past two times I’ve gone I’ve gotten acrylic tips with the second guy closer to the back of the salon doing them. And both times my nails have come out crooked and sloppy. The last time I received a manicure with the lady in the front and it was sloppy but yet she wanted a tip.

I travel from the five boroughs to this location because I like the area, but you know how it goes when you're being serviced by some unprofessional nail technicians: they speak about you & everyone else in their language, talking about you & the condition your feet. She had the audacity to say to me with a scoul on her face that it was too much work!. Service definitely sub par for some clients. They end product was definitely not what I expected since the extended big toe were 2 different shapes & thickness. When I pointed it out & asked for it to be fixed they just stated that they didn't know what I meant that they couldn't fix but I should just try it with the color (as if the would hide the error).!😤 Extremely hurtful & disappointing. Don't bother coming here

All I have to say is they tried to remove my acrylic nails by using a metro card 😬 then they were angry when I didn’t want to tip they tried guilt tripping me acting as if it’s required. Would not recommend.
