I really really enjoyed my facial with Claire! It was my first facial so I didn’t know what to expect, but she made me feel so comfortable and did a great job of letting me know what to expect. The atmosphere was calming and cozy. I left feeling refreshed and renewed. I will definitely be back to see her!

I had the signature facial at The Vault Med Spa. The space itself was really cozy and comfortable, and the staff was polite. However, as a first-time guest, I was hoping for a warmer welcome and a little more explanation about what to expect during the treatment. Parts of the facial felt a bit rushed or unusual — like the mask that made my skin burn (though it was removed quickly), the hand/arm massage without lotion, and music that wasn’t very relaxing. While it wasn’t the most soothing experience overall, I did appreciate the atmosphere and can see potential if the service felt a bit more personalized.

The Vault Med Spa is the best! I have had services with Klaire and Brittany and they are wonderful. The diamond glow and lip flip are amazing! Everyone is so nice and welcoming. The front desk is the best and I love booking online too! Book it! You won’t be disappointed! :)
