Dylan is amazing. When I first started with him I was limping from hip pain after knee surgery. One session and the limp was gone. I have continued with him over the years to help maintain my overall body health; monthly massages have made a huge difference in my pain levels and my strength. Dylan is caring and really listens to what I need and always manages to work out the toughest stress I have.

Dylan was amazing! Appointment started on time. We sat down and discussed my back issues and he gave a detailed recommendation. After that, we started the massage session and he explained the reason for each stretch. Upon completing the session, he gave me tips/recommendations for at-home care. Amazing service. Will definitely come back.

I've been going to Innervated Performance for about 4 months now, and after trying several other places, this one is by far the best. Ever since an neck injury back in 2017 I kind of let my body just heal itself. Well that wasn't working fast enough and with the amount of weight training and officiating I do, needed to come up with something with recovery. I was recommended Innervated Performance by my chiro and I can say it's the best thing I've done for self care and recovery. Diego and Eric do an professional and exceptional job with both targeting current issues I may have and hitting all the right pressures and spots for deep tissue work.
