I am so so so happy. I lalalalaaaaaaaaalove my new haircut! Kierstyn just earned a forever client. I can’t wait to come back and get my money pieces done! I haven’t been this happy with a haircut… EVER! Thank you so much! ❤️❤️❤️

I can’t recommend Vicki enough! She truly listens to what I want and then executes it perfectly; every time I leave, I get compliments on my hair. Beyond her talent, she makes clients feel valued. She asks thoughtful questions, remembers details from past visits, and creates such a comfortable, personal experience. You’d be hard-pressed to find a stylist who adds the level of care and value that Vicki does!!!

I had no idea there was a salon that excelled in customer service like Bella's in the QC. Between the friendly greeting, the offered treats and the adorable pooch mascot, I felt so at home. First appointments are normally so stressful, but I truly lucked out with having Vicky as my hairdresser today. She was so thorough in going over my needs/wants/available products and then explaining her plan. My haircut and finished style were just perfect. I rarely have prebooked an appointment weeks in advance but I did today. It was a good day!

I haven't gotten a haircut in almost 10 years because I haven't been able to find someone who can cut wavy/curly hair. I was thrilled to find Bella and Kierstyn! I'm loving my new style and seeing more curls in my hair now that it's gotten some love. Many thanks!

I had a very pleasant experience at Bella. The staff makes you feel really pampered, and I appreciated the thoughtful touches (someone takes your coat, gets you a drink, the hair washing sinks have a head rest, so your neck isn't strained, etc.). My stylist explained what she was doing and why, and she also shared tips about how to care for my hair. I went to the grocery store after my appointment, and the check-out woman commented on how perfect my curls were!
