I hadn't been to the salon in years, and came to New Styles based on reviews. I had black box dye in my hair and was looking for grey blending. Jessica took such good care of me! She listened to what i wanted, asked all the right questions and was very honest with me about what could be accomplished in one sitting. I ended up in the chair for 6 hours, which was necessary! She did SUCH a good job on my hair. It looks incredible! I had noticible bands of different shades of black and brown when I came in and now you can't tell at all, and my greys are very well blended. We love New Styles Salon, all the girls are amazing and accommodating! Casey is our favorite, she takes care of our needs and makes sure my kids look fly!! My 18 and 15 yr old enjoy her cuts and color. Appreciate her opinions, and trust all of the artists that works at new styles opinions! The place is fun and uplifting! As a long, curly haired lady, I search high and low for a stylist that can manage my hair. I called New Stylez desperate to have someone wash and straighten my hair that would do an amazing job. Nicole did not disappoint!!! My hair was a ratty, knotted up mess in a bun she said “no worries girl! I will double shampoo it and get you taken care of!” An hour (yes.. one hour) later - I couldn’t believe how good my hair looked. Nicole keeps me laughing during appointments, gives incredible hair care advice and is always down to get me in last minute if I need it. Nicole cut my hair and it’s the healthiest it’s looked in years! She really listens to what I have to say and never deviates from the plan unless she makes sure it’s okay first. 100000/10 recommend seeing Nicole!!!

Do NOT go to Nicole. Do NOT. I saw her in March and May. All was good. I went in July and she was 30 mins late after someone called her and woke her up at 1:00. I believe in second chances and know we all have bad days. I just left and it was the most disastrous experience of my hair salon life. I noticed she was quiet while putting the foils in, but thought maybe she was tired. She put me under the hair dryer and was gone for 45 minutes until I asked someone about her. When she later started trimming my hair, I noticed her yawning a lot. Then it went downhill quickly as she couldn’t even focus and kept bumping into me. I needed to get in for a cut quickly do to an unexpected funeral and my regular stylist was not able to accommodate me. I went on a few different websites to try to find a salon I would feel comfortable in this situation, as I was an eulogist. I came across New Styles Salon and Becky happened to have an opening that worked for my schedule. She listened, offered advice, gave a great shampoo, made me feel comfortable and even laughed. More importantly her professionalism and work are top notch. As a former teacher and stylist of cosmetology myself, it's all in how the cut performs for the person at home...mine has been spot on.
