I too had a terrible experience getting cut twice on my hand. The pics really don’t do justice to the reality of my poor fingers. The manicurist only rushed so she can get to the next client. And that although I made an appointment and still had to wait for 45 minutes getting wrinkled feet. Not a pleasant experience.

Went in for a mani/pedi…great service from beginning to end. No wasted time. Feel so much better! Thank you!

I was very shocked and surprised to have the woman doing my nails cut me twice on the same hand! I didn't even let her get to the second hand. I was there with my child and waited for their manicurist to finish and went with her instead of walking out of the place which I was tempted to do. All in all it was upsetting and I felt violence was done to me, Instead of enjoying a calm relaxing pleasant experience I came in for. Now, reading the reviews I see some other people have had a bad experience too. Clearly one of the women who works there is angry, very much in a hurry, and she's pushing that bad energy into your manicure. Since I don't know her name, I would just say, steer clear of this place entirely.

Shoddy workmanship and no help after. Got GelX for the first time for a trip, they lasted three days before starting to pop off. Four were gone by the fourth day. $70 down the drain and the salon said oh you should have come in (but I was out of town!)

I can't say anything about consistency having been here once, but I can say that the lady who did my regular mani did a really good job. She was detail oriented and clean. No pain. The hand massage was nice too. I'm not the type to talk a lot at the salon, so I appreciated that she didn't push questions and just let me be in zen mode.
