Donisha and Dawn are absolutely amazing at what they do. I’ve made it a priority to incorporate self-care into my routine with massages, salt floats, and red light therapy, and these two women have truly elevated the experience. Donisha has an incredible ability to intuitively pinpoint the areas of my body that need focused attention, while Dawn, with her unique combination of nursing expertise and esthetics, provides insightful answers and a deep understanding of the body. Their facility is truly a one-stop shop for wellness, and I’m so grateful to have discovered them!

It took me a long time to find a massage therapist that could dial in from Day 1 on my somatically-repressed (aka beat up) body, and Donisha has those healing hands! She will figure out the pressure you need and can tolerate; with a fully custom experience waiting in the wings. And then you have mama Dawn dishing out some of the most chair-sinking facial treatments around. One of the cool things I learned about Dawn is that she served for years as a nurse, and has an advanced understanding of the science of dermatology. And they're a one-stop shop for so many aspects of your wellness needs, including a clarifying salt water float tub and a fully immersive red light therapy bed. I will be back!!

Dawn was great! I was pretty nervous for my first-ever appointment, but she mentioned being a retired nurse of 25+ years (I can’t recall the exact number), which immediately put me at ease. She kept everything sanitized, professional, but also casual enough that I could relax! I’ll definitely be back.

a little hard to find, in back of the building , but so worth it! The owner gave me the most wonderful massage for my sore back. Back to myself today. She fit me in immediately, which was really needed. I’ll be back
