Sarah has been cutting and coloring my hair for the last few years. She is an absolute magician when it comes to hair color.. She has the ability to make it look completely natural, shiny, and beautiful. Every time my daughter sees my hair, she says, “ That’s the best work Sara’s ever done”, And of course she says that every time she sees my hair when colored and cut by Sarah! Sarah is sweet and kind and very personable. Her prices are reasonable and you’ll be in expert hands when you have your cut and color done by Sarah.

Ive been going to Sarah for years. I recently got my hair colored and after I got home I really didn't like the color. I called Sarah and she had me come in the very next day. She colored my hair for me at NO CHARGE and I absolutely love it. I should of been prepared the first time and I did not expect it to be at no charge. She goes above and beyond any hair stylist I have ever used. I would highly recommend using Sarah. You will also gain a lifelong friend. She truly is an old soul. Thank you again sweetheart. I love love love my hair.

My husband recently had a heart attack and we looked around for someone who could possibly do a drop-in!! Holy smokes!! Sarah did an amazing job! She was in and out quickly, but absolutely got the job done and did it beyond our imagination. It may seem like a quick cut, but she listened to what my husband’s needs were can came 100% through!!! The Boulevard Salon was a cozy cute little Salon in Elk Grove. Immediately as I came in I was greeted and soon after taken back with Sarah for my hair. Sarah Jacobsen is a wonderful hairstylist who listens. She was so kind, patient, and funny! A gem of a person. I hadn't gotten my hair done in years because I never could quite get a look I was happy with, but Sarah did exactly what I wanted and worked magic on my hair, I've already gotten tons of compliments! I will definitely be coming back! Thank you Sarah for your knowledge and care with hair! And thank you Boulevard for creating such a nice space.

I always have the best experience with Sarah! She is super friendly, makes me feel comfortable every time, and is such a talented colorist. She does an amazing job with cuts too, and somehow manages to be really fast without ever sacrificing quality. I always leave feeling great about my hair—highly recommend her!
