This was my first time getting Botox/Jeuveau, and I had a great experience with Jane. She was knowledgeable, took time to explain things like the difference between botox and baby botox, recommended areas to target, and made me feel comfortable. She was super friendly too! It's evident that Jane's skilled and I'm really happy with how natural the results look. Also loved how easy it is to schedule an appointment with her (online forms and everything!). Highly recommend.

I was very nervous because it was something I had never tried before, and it took me a while to gather the courage just to schedule a consultation. From the moment I met Jane at K-Method Medspa, I felt comfortable and at ease. She took her time, listened carefully, and explained everything based on her experience without any pressure, which made me trust her right away. Since going to Korea for treatment wasn’t an option for me, I felt fortunate to find her locally. Having my first treatment, I was a little bit nervous, but Jane made me feel very comfortable. I was impressed with her professionalism and knowledge. After only a few days I noticed striking results and so did my family.

Jane was kind, knowledgeable and professional. She met me in the parking lot to walk me to her new location so I didnt get lost in the offices. 3 weeks after my first time trying botox, my forehead is already smoother. She didn't go overboard, so it looks natural and I am still able to have facial expressions. Highly recommend!

I had a wonderful experience with Microtox, and Jane, the nurse, made the entire process feel comfortable and reassuring. She took the time to explain everything clearly and answered all of my questions. I also had a chemical peel, which was a little scary at first, but after about four days my skin started improving, and I can already see a noticeable difference. Although Microtox isn’t very well known yet in the U.S., I can see why it’s so popular in Korea—my skin looks smoother and more refreshed, especially on my face and neck. I truly appreciate Jane’s professionalism and care, and I’m very happy with the results.
